Classes are held in the building of Australian Institute of Fitness, Mercantile Lane, 177 St Georges Terrace.
Monday (Prep & Beginner)
5.15 pm-6.00pm Strength and Conditioning

Wednesday (Prep & Beginner)
5.15pm-6.00pm Strength and Conditioning
3 slots available for these Days. Classes will be closed in 2 weeks time (April 15 2012)
Tuesday (Intermediate)
5.15 pm-6.00pm Strength and Conditioning – FULL

Thursday (Intermediate)
5.15pm-6.00pm Strength and Conditioning – FULL
Strength and Conditioning classes will include Core Training, Weight Lifting, Olympic Lifting, Performance Measurements and skills using Crossfit methods and Contemporary Pilates Methods. They are suitable for all experience levels and strength levels. We train only in numbers of no more than 6 to ensure quality and also precision instruction.
