Technique Class is a light sweat session, not intense at all but a compulsory workshop that we run to ensure that you are prepared for our training sessions. In this workshop, you will learn:

  • About your own posture
  • How to stabilise your Shoulders during a workout
  • How to stabilise your Core & pelvis during a workout
  • An Introduction to Basic Primal Movement Patterns

These classes are going to be small and we will only have a maximum of 8 participants and will cost $50.00 as a stand alone, but included as part the Xpress Series Workouts and Kickbox classes.
Participants will also receive

  • Information sheets on the topics we have covered
  • Report of your Posture ProfileĀ  (emailed or printed)
  • A light workout
