We are in full gear, the classes are going and the bodies are coming and getting worked.

Exfx Fitness Group Training has become a regular sight at the top of Kings Park. Our participants are going great with everyone working as hard as they can and constantly challenging us to give them more. We love that!

All credit goes out to the participants who dragged themselves out of bed early before everyone else in Perth, to come out and get sweaty before work in the mornings. Good On’ya, your body loves you too.

Why train with us?

We are not a conventional gym. We do not have machines. Machines mimic robotical movements which our bodies are not designed to follow. We should be free and able to move in any direction with ease.

We should try to get some fresh air from our normal office and be out in the open for at least an hour a day. Being cooped up in office is not good for your health nor is going into a stuffy gym with average ventilation.

We mean business. You come, you train, you get your fitness fix. No mucking around chit-chatting, watching tv’s or reading a magazine while you are working out.

Group Training means you train as a group, you train with others. The others will help you move. They will help you push a little harder than what you would do by yourself. Group Training means you will never train alone.
