We are proud to announce that Exfx Fitness is a new Careers Partner with the Australian Institute of Fitness™.
This partnership will allow Exfx Fitness to access quality trainers who have graduated from the Australian Institute of Fitness™ and attained the Master Trainer Level 1 criteria.
As our operations will expand and grow, it is comforting to know that we will have the support and be staffed by quality professionals from the Australian Institute of Fitness™.

Happy New 2011 and Merry Holidays!
The New Year is in and Exfx Fitness is hoping everyone had a wonderful holiday.
Congratulations to the 160 individuals who are interested in their own immune health or someone else’s. Our campaign with Spreets.com.au was a successful campaign and we will be very busy booking, scanning and educating every last one who invested in their own health.
The Venue has been set. It will be at one of 2 venues.
The Australian Institute of Fitness™ which is in Mercantile Lane, 177 St Georges Terrace and ‘JKs on Hay’, 847 Hay Street.
The phone line has been ringing off the hook and we do apologise for the delay in getting back to you, but let me reassure everyone that we WILL get to you.
